In August after our wedding she worked on the spouse VISA conversion with us and was frankly amazing, even making herself available late on a Sunday evening to go through the application on our return from out honeymoon as we need to get the application in so we could get the VISA to allow my now wife to begin work. From application to receiving the residence permit was 7 days (we used the super priority service), this included waiting for an biometric appointment and waiting for the BRP to be posted out. We will be using again in 2026 when the VISA is up for renewal.

Successful Student Visa Resolution
I had the pleasure of working with the lovely Sanae. To give some background of my situation, I was dealing with a student route visa last year (2022) from the US. Delays hit my application due to multiple reasons; some involving my faults, with not sending the passport for the vignette but rather uploading an image of my passport on the application portal. Then UKVI not providing clarity on my situation, it left me with a lot of uncertainty. Escalations after escalations were being raised and eventually, my course deadline day arrived. I was not able to attend my studies for the year, but luckily the uni was kind enough to be understanding and deferred me to this year (2023). This year I needed tranquility with the chaotic process that is immigration, due to the uni taking an extended amount of time with the CAS and also not knowing how my prior application would affect my new one. With all this, Sanae was the right person for the job. She's professional, thorough, very respectful and timely. A lovely person to work and talk with, she never made me feel like uncertain. If Sanae is a reflection of OTS as a firm, I can guarantee you that the entire office is full of capable professionals that are willing to help. I went through a lot of solicitors before I found OTS, but from the moment I contacted them I knew I was going to get the help and service I needed. I can't recommend this firm or Sanae enough to anybody needing help, sometimes it is worth paying a little bit more out of pocket to acquire things, especially immigration related needs. Successful Immigration Application Conclusion
I would highly recommend working with OTS Solicitors as they are highly professional and reasonable in costs. Namely, Dhaya when it comes to individual visas. Very detail oriented, anticipates what an immigration officer would like to see based on circumstances (apart from the typical list required), patient, explains with reason and justification on why a certain document would be beneficial to add, etc. Anoushka was quite helpful as well! It is not because the visa got granted for 5 years I did add this comment, but simply because I knew we did all what was required to get a successful application.

I am a single mother without legal custody of my children, who have been living in the Uk for the past 2 years, the first application that I applied got rejected, that is when I found OTS solicitors, for an appeal, I was in a very difficult situation to the point, I might have to leave my job to be with my children, but Hans made it possible, I don't think I woiuld have got my children's dependent visa without his help. Whilst facing questions with regards to us applying directly for my wife's spouse visa, my wife suggested we called OTS Solicitors for a consultation, since the company had been highly recommended by a friend who had recently filed for a Spouse Visa. This was the best action we could have taken, as we soon learned from our solicitor, Nollienne, that I would not have qualified as a sponsor, since I was filing n as an employee from a Philippine Company based in the Philippines. Our Solicitor immediately found a solution by filing based on our savings account meeting the minimum requirement as a sponsor. We found Nollienne to be ever so efficient and easy to communicate with. After our first conference call, we did not hesitate to engage OTS Solicitors to represent us with the filing of the Spouse Visa. Nollienne was meticulous with her advice and instructions with regards to the documentation requirements needed before we filed our application. Using Dropbox, we were able to organize our documentation and allow Nollienne to review and provide suggestions for improvement. First Successful High Potential Individual Visa

Successful Fiance Visa Application
I have been traveling back and forth from the USA to the UK for the past 3 years since my fiance is from London. We gave up on trying to do the immigration paperwork on our own. I applied for a skilled migrant visa myself and was refused on the grounds of false representation with a 10 year automatic refusal. Adult Dependent Relative Application – Citizen of Eritrea
We used OTS to apply for the notoriously difficult Adult Dependent Relative for my wife's mother in Eritrea. After careful research we decided to use OTS, mainly because of the level of experience that sat behind the solicitors, for instance retired judges etc. Our solicitor was a trainee at the time of starting this just over two years ago, Hans Sok Appadu. We gave careful consideration over whether to use a trainee or not, but he was backed up by people with extensive experience, knowledgeable, driven but most of all hungry for success and passionate, and many a trainee has everything to prove. We met regularly with OTS and listened to everything they said to us. We built substantial evidence and followed all their advice. The process was lengthy and initially we were refused entrance for my mother-in-law but we applied for an appeal and selected one of their recommended barristers, James Collins of 36 Civil. We went to court on June 18th and our appeal was delivered in our favour on July 12th 2019. Hans Sok Appadu is no longer a trainee, but is very much a solicitor and by all accounts a winner too :) We had a 5.1 percent chance of success and OTS nailed it! My partner and I used OTS for our PBS Dependent visa which was successful. Vishal was the main allocated solicitor handling our case with assistance from Toby. Our initial meeting with Vishal was very good and informative, he studied my Immigration history which was not very simple and provided us with the route forward. The only disappointment we had through the entire period of this was some lack of prompt responses from Vishal and some gaps in the information provided. My application to stay in the UK with my daughter was rejected by the Home Office because I had not met all the requirements for a valid application for Further leave to remain...thanks to Oshin Shahiean I was able to challenge the Home Office at first instance on the grounds that rejecting my application amounted to a violation of my ECHR right under Article 8 Family Life. Following this we were able to not only ensure I was lawfully in the UK but also allowed me to re-apply to stay in the UK with my daughter. However, following a 2 year delay by the Home Office to decide my case, I went back to Oshin Shahiean and he challenged the Home Office in the high court on the unreasonable delay in recording a Immigration decision in my case. Thanks to Oshin Shahiean for his hard work and for not giving up on my daughter and I, I now have leave to remain in the UK and I continue living with my family and studying in the UK. We are very grateful...because now it has really sunk in.
